Descripción del trabajoGerman C2 level & high level of English (both spoken and written). BA / BS degree or equivalent; MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus. 12 years of experience in sales and / or online advertising. Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone pitching and proposal writing. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Sharp analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. A true team player who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. High motivation to exceed individual and team targets. Full-time position : 39 hours / week (Monday to Friday). Salary : 23,876 gross / year + up to 3,408 gross / year in performance bonuses. Hybrid working model based in Barcelona. Permanent contract & relocation support for new joiners. Referral Program : Earn up to 2,000 for referring new talent. 23 weeks of comprehensive training on products and sales techniques. Office at the stunning World Trade Center, right by the sea in Barcelona.
