We’re looking for a Fashion Studio Operations Assistant to join our small team.

Think : packing orders while blasting music, handling the freshest drops before anyone else, and running the day-to-day from our sunny Poblenou studio.

You’ll : Pack & ship orders like a pro, keep our stock looking cute & organised, monitor returns, restocks & launch prep, make sure the studio is clean and tidy & be the extra pair of hands that keeps the chaos under control.

Responsibilities Inspect the products to ensure quality before sending to the customers

Steam / Iron products when needed

Prepare products for showroom visits or photoshoots

Prepare orders for shipment

Solve customer inquiries via email / whatsapp in a professional manner

Monitor and facilitate returns and exchanges

Receive stock and monitor and stock levels

Book labels online for intra-company shipments

Solve issues with courier partners regarding deliveries / getting refunds

Qualifications No official qualifications necessary. This is an entry level position and is perfect for a fashion student with high attention to detail and exceptional organisational and operational skills, or a creative looking for extra work who is looking to gain experience in day-to-day running of a small fashion studio

Requirements 1+ year of similar working experience or fast learning skills

Organisation Skills

Basic knowledge of fashion sewing / construction fabrics & ironing measurements and quality

Fluent English (all company communications are done in English but Spanish is a bonus)

Knowledge using spreadsheets and databases

Personal responsibility and independent thinking

Bonus points if you haveskills in content creation and social media, creating BTS content and you are comfortable being in or creating content for our Tiktok
