We are recruiting for Cabin Crew positions at various bases and invite you to attend our In-Person Assessment Days. Date : 23 September 2025 . You will be invited to participate once your application is reviewed.

As Europe’s largest airline group, carrying over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights, we are looking for new cabin crew members for the Autumn / Winter season at our 90+ operational bases. Your journey begins with a 6-week training course covering essential skills for delivering safety and customer service. The course includes exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights and earning your Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, requiring early and late shifts, with duties starting as early as 5 am and ending as late as midnight. Please consider your availability before applying.

Requirements :

  • Right to live and work in the EU and travel within the Ryanair network
  • Height between approximately 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm)
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
  • Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality
  • Willingness to work shift patterns
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Passion for travel and meeting new people
