Role Description This full-time Letting Agent and Property Manager position is based on-site in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing landlord / tenant matters, coordinating property rentals, and ensuring smooth property management processes. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, handling property inquiries, resolving tenant issues, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves providing excellent customer service while overseeing the rental process from beginning to end to meet both tenant and landlord needs. Qualifications Experience in Landlord / Tenant Matters and knowledge of Estate Agents practicesStrong skills in Property Management and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenantsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties efficientlyFluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficialExperience in the real estate or rental industry is a plus
