JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for two Product Functional Analysts with a technical background to join the RSS team at Abertis Mobility Services, supporting the development and delivery of tolling solutions across RSE (hardware + gantry controller) and OBO (Operational Back Office). These roles will work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure functional clarity and delivery alignment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements for RSE and OBO systems.
- Support product backlog refinement, focusing on ticket creation and grooming.
- Analyze data from tolling systems for troubleshooting and issue identification.
- Participate in testing and validation of new features or system changes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure alignment on deliverables.

- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to support decision-making and communication.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, Engineering, or similar.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with hardware / software integration projects.Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and ideally SQL.Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish and English.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.Planning and prioritization-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.Eagerness to learn and grow within a product-oriented team.Nice-to-Have
Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g., databases, NFS).Basic knowledge of Linux and ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of product lifecycle.Interest or basic understanding of tolling systems or mobility infrastructure (ITS).
