Are you a motivated individual looking for a challenging role that offers unlimited growth opportunities? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for sales and customer service?

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business leads and building relationships with key decision-makers.

  • You will engage with IT managers at top-tier companies, understanding their current tech setup and presenting innovative solutions to optimize processes and increase productivity.
  • You will work closely with our clients' sales experts to set up meetings and move the conversation forward, developing your network of decision-makers globally.

To prepare you for success, we offer an excellent four-week onboarding process, providing you with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

We pride ourselves on offering a competitive compensation package, with an uncapped commission system that rewards your hard work and dedication. Our average US team members earn €687 per month in incentives, while high-performing colleagues can earn over €840 monthly.

Your Profile :

  • C2 English language proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales and / or telemarketing (not required)
  • Customer service experience (not required)
  • Previous CRM experience (desired)
  • Target-driven mentality and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Residency in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid) and legal authorization to work in Spain full-time
