Internship Opportunity in the Purchasing Department

We are looking for an intern to join our Purchasing Department, assisting with supplier management, bid analysis, and data maintenance in our system.

Responsibilities :

• Supplier Document Management : Requesting and monitoring the collection of occupational risk prevention documentation from suppliers, ensuring timely receipt to process orders within established deadlines.
• Analysis and Comparison of Bids : Participating in the preparation of comparative analyses of products and services purchased recurrently at the national level. The goal is to anticipate company needs and propose the most competitive options in terms of cost and service quality.
• Data Updating and Cleaning : Maintaining and updating data in the system (Infor).
