Energy Demand Analyst Role

About the Opportunity :

The Energy Demand Analyst will play a key role in managing energy supply across multiple regions, ensuring accurate forecasting and risk management strategies are implemented to minimize costs and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement accurate demand forecasting models to ensure optimal energy supply.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and contract structuring.

Analyze cost implications and optimize financial control through effective P&L tracking and risk management.

Ensure regulatory compliance and solidity of contracts through close collaboration with Legal.

Optimize exposure risk management by leveraging data insights and working closely with Trading.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related field.

Relevant experience in energy supply business (Commercializadora) with strong knowledge of energy markets, pricing mechanisms, and risk management.

Proficiency in Spanish and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools, databases, and / or Python programming language.
