Position Overview
Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer.
Responsibilities
- Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
- Participate in the implementation of marketing cloud development infrastructure.
- Participate in analyzing clients' specific marketing and technology needs and contribute to communication processes in systems by implementing developments.
- Perform basic technical and specialized marketing tasks.
- Implement and develop the necessary processes to run cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.
- Launch developments and automation processes that best suit cloud implementation.
- Implement the necessary developments to activate automated communications and marketing automation processes that meet clients' needs at different touchpoints with their contacts.
- Participate in implementing the latest technological advances and marketing technology solutions.
- Perform test trials, error diagnostics, and resolve development issues in the use of marketing automation and martech tools.
- Document development processes and track system performance metrics.
- Work on cloud integrations using different programming and development languages : Javascript, Ampscript, Server‑Side Javascript, API.
- Meet the agreed‑upon software quality standards with Omega's technical management.
Qualifications
Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.Experience in HTML and CSS development.Salesforce certifications are an asset.Permanent contract.Benefits
