Lead Logistics Operations Manager

Senior Operations Manager at a Logistics Operation Centre in south Madrid will lead the teams of this operation by managing the operations team and creating a people-centred culture.

The role involves ensuring compliance with quality of service and coordination of the management of the teams. You will be the main point of daily communication with the client, meeting their needs and requirements while developing the teams of Managers in charge and ensuring the correct leadership of all team members.

You will manage the productive activities of the work centre, supervising and optimizing logistics processes including returns and product reconditioning. Maintaining customer relations and satisfying their needs and responding to any possible incidents that may arise you will establish a continuous improvement plan and lean culture.

• Manage large teams
• University degree in logistics or supply chain management
• Fluent English and advanced Spanish language skills
• Valuable experience in Lean / Continuous improvement
