Position Summary
Neurored is a profitable, high-growth logistics SaaS company, built natively on Salesforce and already trusted by global enterprises with seven-figure contracts. We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Manager to own vertical and close high-value strategic deals (big deals ≥ €500K–€1M ACV), manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Close Big Deals : Identify, engage, and personally close high-value opportunities (ACV ≥ €500K–€1M).
- Strategic Account Leadership : Manage a focused portfolio of global key accounts, driving expansion and renewals at the C-level.
- Consultative Selling : Lead deep-dive discovery, craft robust business cases, and negotiate multi-year enterprise contracts.
- CRM Discipline : Ensure impeccable Salesforce hygiene, pipeline updates, forecast accuracy, and weekly reporting to the CCO.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns and with Product to shape roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Upsell & Expansion : Identify and close upsell / cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Thought Leadership : Represent Neurored at industry events, webinars, and executive forums.
