We are seeking an experienced Office Director and Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable working environment, maintaining the office appearance and functionality, and optimizing workstations and shared areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and budgeting;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity;
- Cordinate office changes, relocation, renovation, and furniture installation projects;
- Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives;
- Manage front desk (reception) operations and coordinate with the business center, contractors, and suppliers;
- Lead and develop the office facilities team, supporting their professional growth;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and control work execution;
- Assess and manage risks related to office space operations.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;Ability to plan, control deadlines, budgets, and quality of work;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Knowledge of property and office facility management is a plus;Proactiveness, responsibility, friendly attitude, and delegation skills;Benefits :
