The key purpose of the Fleet Acquisition Analyst is to contribute to the infleet and defleet activities in the Fleet Acquisition Department through all systems, processes, and procedures to achieve fleet targets. Provide effective and proactive support to internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do Infleet Tasks :

Manage and constantly review the full infleet process, taking control of each single task

Registration and reporting purchase calendar

Contact with suppliers on a weekly basis

Coordinate invoicing and deliveries

Control of payables & receivables status

Defleet Tasks :

Prepare different flexible scenarios in terms of efficiency and costs, that allow the company to reach the plan and communicate to all stakeholders

What We’re Looking For University Degree

Medium-high level on Microsoft Excel

Medium-high knowledge about automotive industry

2-3 years of experience in a similar position

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations

Ability to influence

Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations

Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solving problems

Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset

Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills

Excellent organisation, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills
