Overview AIR GO is seeking a skilled Customs Broker to fill this position. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with IOSS / H7 customs clearance processes and develop a well-rounded operational profile.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Logistics

Oversee daily warehouse activities with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Manage and support the warehouse team in coordinating inbound E-commerce shipments from receipt through customs clearance to final delivery.

Customs Clearance Training

Engage in hands-on training to become proficient in E-commerce customs clearance processes.

Collaborate with our customs team to gain expertise in customs documentation and compliance.

Process Improvement

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This role operates on a rotating shift basis, which means you may be scheduled for morning, afternoon, or night shifts depending on the month. You will have two consecutive days off each week, though these days may fall on weekdays instead of the weekend.
