JANTAMINIAU is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Part-Time Boutique Assistant to join our Madrid boutique. This role combines sales, luxury client service, and operational support. We are looking for someone dynamic and solutions-driven, capable of creating an exceptional experience for every guest while supporting the day-to-day functioning of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, embodying the JANTAMINIAU spirit of couture and excellence.
  • Guide clients through collections, fittings, and purchases, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
  • Provide product knowledge across couture, wardrobe, accessories, and the Domestic Archive.
  • Assist during fittings and collaborate with the atelier team when needed.
  • Contribute to sales targets, client loyalty, and the boutique’s overall success.

Operations & Organization

  • Maintain the boutique’s image : pristine, elegant, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle stock efficiently : receiving deliveries, preparing packaging, and updating inventory.
  • Support appointments, events, and activations in-store.
  • Assist with Shopify / CRM updates, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.

    • Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Luxury Client Experience Manager.
  • Coordinate with the atelier for alterations, fittings, and client projects.
  • Share client insights and provide feedback to strengthen the boutique experience.

    • Profile

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or hospitality preferred.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-driven; someone who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills : warm, engaging, and discreet with clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Availability to work part-time afternoons, Tuesday to Saturdays (4 hours / day).
