Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting , or a related field
• Proven experience in financial reporting , budgeting , and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bonus : CPA, CFA, or previous experience in fintech or climate tech
