Azure devops engineer

We are executing large-scale strategic projects and are looking for a Site Reliability & Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. Your mission will be to ensure that our applications and systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and easy to deploy. You will combine SRE and Dev Ops best practices to automate pipelines, manage infrastructure, and strengthen observability, enabling a predictable and high-quality delivery cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & CI / CDDesign, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins).Integrate code quality analysis (Sonar Qube, Coverity or similar).Manage container images with Harbor.Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, Power Shell.Kubernetes AdministrationOperate and maintain hybrid Kubernetes clusters (Windows / Linux).Configure Ingress, RBAC security, persistent volumes, and autoscaling.Coordinate upgrades and cluster maintenance.Observability & MonitoringImplement and manage metrics, logs, and traces (Datadog, Grafana, Elasticsearch).Create dashboards and alerts based on SLI / SLO / SLA.Lead postmortem analysis of critical incidents.Resilience & SecurityDesign high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.Technical SkillsJira (task management).Jenkins (CI / CD).Kubernetes (Windows / Linux hybrid).Terraform, Ansible, Power Shell (Infrastructure as Code).Harbor, Sonar Qube, Coverity.Datadog, Grafana, Elasticsearch.Profile (M / F / D)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.Clear communication with technical and business teams.Proactive, automation-first mindset with focus on prevention.Collaborative spirit in agile environments.Advanced English level.What We OfferCompetitive salary aligned with experience and value contribution.Flexible working hours.Hybrid model with occasional client visits.Continuous learning and professional development.Opportunity to work with expert teams on large-scale projects.Additional benefits supporting work-life balance and growth.
