Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Accountant in bookkeeping and monthly closing activities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate records
• Handle expense reports and bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll administration and coordination with external providers
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and help ensure compliance with internal controls
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department (e.g. document management, supplier onboarding, coordination with other departments)
• Assist with VAT-related tasks, including correct use of VAT codes and basic reverse-charge checks for international invoices
• Prepare basic balance-sheet reconciliations (e.g. VAT, AP / AR aging, payroll-related accounts) under the guidance of the Senior Accountant
• Assist with intercompany invoice checks and help ensure correct subsidiary and tax treatment
• Help maintain accurate vendor and employee master data in the ERP system
