Urban Native is a European based International Start-up company that creates, manufactures, and sells a one-of-a-kind Titanium urban electric scooter.
Urban Native is re-imagining city mobility with the T9, the world’s lightest titanium electric scooter. Engineered with aerospace-grade materials and designed for urban riders who want freedom, performance, and style, the T9 is not just transport, it’s a lifestyle tool.
Because we believe that cities will become more human and less car-centric, our ambition is to conquer the world and help accelerate the transition to less energy consumption and resources usage.
We are a small, ambitious team building a premium brand at the intersection of engineering, design, and culture. We are now looking for a marketing leader to shape, drive, and scale Urban Native’s voice across Europe. Urban Native is a creative place : we don't obey rules, we invent better ones.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Head of Marketing / Growth Lead, someone who can act as both strategic CMO and hands-on growth marketer. You will :
- Define Urban Native’s marketing vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, manage digital tools, optimize funnels, and test creative ideas.
- Build the brand into a cultural icon while driving measurable growth across digital and offline channels.
- Be the voice that connects Urban Native to our first community of riders in Europe.
Your role
Brand & StorytellingCraft Urban Native’s brand narrative (premium, design-driven, liberating).Lead PR, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.Digital GrowthOwn paid performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).Optimize website funnel, email flows, and community engagement.Market ExpansionSupport launches in key European cities.Localize campaigns, events, and partnerships.Leadership & VisionAct as marketing “founder within the founder team.”Build and mentor a marketing team as we scale.Your profile
5–10 years of marketing experience in premium consumer tech, mobility, lifestyle, or D2C brands.Proven ability to build a brand and deliver growth metrics.Hands-on : you can run Ads Manager in the morning and pitch to a journalist in the afternoon.Creative yet data-driven mindset.International experience within Europe.Startup DNA : resourceful, fast, resilient, unafraid to experiment.What we offer
