As our Field Service Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of nearly 10 Field Service Technicians, ensuring peak operational capability while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and team development. You will empower and guide your team to :
Create an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
Meet and exceed the demands of the Service market through proactive and efficient service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide clear direction and leadership to the team, fostering a strong customer-oriented mindset in all activities.
Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports, ensuring continuous professional growth and competence development.
Conduct Field Service Engineer (FSE) employee reviews, including updating competence profiles and skills matrices.
Ensure effective management and support of team members working in remote locations.
Occasionally execute all services within the 360º service portfolio on specific products, modules, and systems.
Collaborate with the Service Coordinator in planning field service activities and strategically assigning FSEs with the required skills for diverse and complex jobs.
What You Know / Qualifications
A degree / diploma in Engineering or a similar technical field (equivalent Spanish diploma FP Superior).
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of technicians, with the ability to guide and inspire.
Strong experience in service, maintenance, repair, and assistance processes.
Valuable knowledge of Alfa Laval equipment, with emphasis on decanters.
Experience in the Sales Process is highly advantageous.
Residence in Madrid is required.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
