Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the tech company’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to team meetings to discuss feedback and propose improvements in customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related tech field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support software.
  • A positive mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
