💼 Your mission

As part of the Talent & Culture Spain team, your mission will be to attract, develop, and connect talent with our ONE BRAND, ONE TEAM culture :

🔍 Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define key profiles and ensure an agile and effective process.

🌱 Talent Management & Development

  • Design and implement development and training programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and propose targeted learning solutions.
  • Promote career growth and foster a continuous learning culture.

  • Drive employer branding and cultural initiatives.
  • Foster engagement and alignment with TeamSystem values.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, events, and across digital channels.

    • 📣 Internal Communications

  • Ensure clear and consistent messaging across teams.
  • Highlight key projects and cultural milestones.
  • Strengthen connection and transparency within the organization.

    • 🎓 Recommended background

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar.

    • ✅ What we’re looking for :

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting technical and corporate profiles.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS...).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of Spanish and English.
  • Passion for people, technology, and organizational culture.
