We are looking for a proactive and rigorous Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team in Madrid, reporting to the Accounting Manager and supporting our three divisions in Spain and Portugal (FA, F&B, W&FJ).

• Treasury Specialist
• is to contribute to the overall performance of the Finance team by ensuring compliance with Group and Global Treasury policies and managing cash operations with accuracy and efficiency. You will oversee the entire spectrum of treasury functions, from cash management and forecasting to intercompany reconciliation, while acting as a key partner to both local and global stakeholders.Key responsibilities include :
• Cash Management
• : Coordinate payment execution in line with control and segregation of duties principles, participate in monthly netting cycles, manage local banking relationships (including guarantees), support boutiques with technical payment devices, and ensure accurate treasury recording (loans, investments, cash positions). Manage credit cards and bank integrations while serving as the cash procedure referent, providing training and updates to ensure compliance with Group and local regulations.
• Forecasting & Capital Structure :
• Prepare monthly direct cash flow forecasts in collaboration with controllers, CAPEX, and accounting teams. Manage dividends and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data with Group standards.
• Intercompany Operations :
• Oversee reconciliation, monthly netting, pooling, and interest management.
• Collaboration & Reporting :
• Actively engage with Regional and Global Treasury teams to ensure alignment and contribute to local project implementations.
• Regulatory & Accounting Support :
• Prepare transfer pricing information, support declarations to Banco de España, Banco de Portugal, and AEAT (modelo 30). Provide treasury-related insights to accounting teams.

• What you can bring to the team :
• We are looking for a rigorous, proactive, and collaborative professional with a strong background in finance and treasury.
• Education & Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (equivalent experience considered). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance within an international organization; Big Four or audit background (4 years) is a plus. Specialized treasury experience and knowledge of cash management is a strong asset.
• Technical Knowledge :
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (preferably D365; SAP or Oracle also accepted). Knowledge of REVAL (TMS) is a plus.
• Skills & Attributes :
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and third parties, team-oriented with adaptability to changing environments.
• Languages :
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Portuguese and French are a plus.
