Platform Systems Architect

Overview Our goal is to strengthen the backbone of our technology infrastructure. We are currently seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong experience in working with cloud-based environments, particularly GCP / AWS. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software engineering, system administration, and infrastructure design principles. Additionally, they will possess expertise in continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD) practices.

Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy platform infrastructure and applications using CI / CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Monitor and administer the business\'s infrastructure across multiple locations, utilizing Linux OS running on OpenStack and GCP / AWS

Support engineering teams by promoting high-performance, autonomous team culture and processes

Strong experience in Kubernetes clusters and observability tools like Fluentd / Kibana / Logstash / Prometheus / Grafana

Contribute to maintaining a knowledge base of platform-related processes and technologies

Invest in continuous self-development and learning, applying learnings in day-to-day work

Qualifications Expertise in building and deploying platform infrastructure and applications using CI / CD and IaC

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and observability tools

Strong understanding of CI and deployment concepts, including SCMs (Git), CI servers (Bamboo / Gitlab), build tools (Maven / Gradle), and binary repositories

Ability to contribute to maintaining a knowledge base of platform-related processes and technologies
