We are currently managing an Account Manager role for a leading mobile health & rewards app based in Barcelona. This position is key to scaling affiliate revenues through strategic partnerships, campaign optimization, and performance-driven collaboration. Responsibilities Manage relationships with affiliate platforms and partner brands, ensuring successful campaign activation. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to maximize revenue. Negotiate promotions, upsells, and seasonal opportunities to boost results. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams for seamless partner integrations and aligned campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in affiliation, partnerships, or account management. Strong commercial and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Solid organizational and project management abilities. Comfortable working with data and extracting insights to optimize performance. Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus); willing to travel occasionally. Benefits Salary Range : up to 45 k. Hybrid model.
