We are hiring a Research Scientist to play a pivotal role in creating the AI intellectual property and technologies that drive the development of our Alignment Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovate and refine evaluation methods that assess large language models along multiple alignment dimensions.
• Create robust techniques for synthetic data augmentation to enhance the assessment of large language models.
• Develop streamlined approaches for aligning large language models through supervised fine-tuning and preference optimization.
• Document research projects, progress, and experimentation results and share findings with the broader team.
• Work closely with the product development team to transform research insights into actionable AI solutions and strategies for our platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in large language model evaluation, alignment, optimization, and related technologies.
