Position Overview Our client is a world-renowned French bakery and café brand, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager to lead its development in Spain.

Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive purchasing strategy to drive suppliers, stocks, and ensure the supply of authorized quality products to the company\'s restaurants in the market without compromising service levels and business continuity.

Lead purchasing and supply chain activities to support growth of the brand in Spain.

Qualifications Experience in Purchasing / Supply Chain in the restaurant or bakery environment is essential.

Fluency in Spanish & English is mandatory.

Strong ability to manage suppliers and maintain product quality and availability.
