Full Stack Engineer

Marosa is a leading FinTech company based in Vigo, specialising in tax technology. Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful and user-centric software. We are looking for Fullstack Engineers (Junior, Mid-level, Senior) to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications used by multinational clients. What You Will Do : Work on the development and maintenance of robust web applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and Angular (frontend). Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define and deliver impactful features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and participate in code reviews. Solve technical challenges from architecture through to deployment and monitoring. Contribute to improvements in engineering standards, tooling, and processes. Share knowledge with colleagues and help strengthen our engineering culture. What We Are Looking For : Professional experience building fullstack applications using Java and Angular. Understanding of REST APIs, scalable backend architecture, and modern front-end development practices. Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.
