Job Overview :
The Senior Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing battery cell projects with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners. This involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring technical and quality standards are met.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement contingency plans as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across different processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and yield.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the Automotive or battery cell manufacturing industry.Experience with new product introduction (NPI) process and development validation activities.Master Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.Additional trainings as training or certification in Project Management or related fields will be a plus.Fluent in English and other European languages advantageous.
