Your Mission

As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will act as a digital consultant for German-speaking clients and agency partners, helping them elevate their online marketing strategies with innovative advertising solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth across EMEA while building strong relationships and delivering tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with businesses and agencies to understand their marketing needs and offer tailored Google Ads solutions

Use a consultative sales approach to help clients maximise their ROI and scale their campaigns efficiently

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Build and maintain strong relationships via phone, video, and email

Stay informed on Googles latest advertising products, best practices, and market trends

What We Are Looking For

Native-level German (C2) and fluency in English

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

A proven track record in sales or digital advertising

Strong understanding of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Passionate about marketing, technology, and client success
