Senior Inhouse Netsuite Consultant

Overview

We are supporting a fast-growing international business in their search for a Senior NetSuite Administrator / In-House Consultant to take ownership of their NetSuite platform and drive continuous improvements across Finance and Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced NetSuite professional who enjoys working hands-on with the system, collaborating with stakeholders, and shaping an ERP landscape that supports business growth.

Your role

Responsible for daily administration, configuration, and enhancements

Partner with Finance, Operations, and other teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions

Lead system improvements, integrations, and automation initiatives

Manage user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and efficiency

Work with external partners when needed, while maintaining strong in-house knowledge and control

Support projects such as new module implementations, reporting, and process optimisation

Your profile

Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Functional Consultant

Strong skills in NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, and reporting

Good understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, R2R)

Ability to manage requirements, design solutions, and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and ideally basic SuiteScript exposure

Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset
