Experience in functional testing and software validation. Basic knowledge of Jira and familiarity with the testing module X-Ray (training and support available). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders (minimum B2 English level). Capable of working independently and taking initiative. Willingness to learn and grow in testing methodologies and QA practices.
Overview
Estamos buscando un Analista funcional experimentado en actividades de Testing para trabajar en un gran cliente del sector banca. Los primeros dos meses serán presenciales (zona Hortaleza Madrid) y después la modalidad será híbrida (3 días en oficina y 2 teletrabajo).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and understand business requirements.
- Translate requirements into testable use cases and functional scenarios.
- Design, execute and track functional test cases using Jira and X-RAY.
- Identify defects and support resolution in collaboration with Product Owners and developers.
- Analyze data and process integration across modules to ensure end-to-end consistency.
- Participate and contribute to backlog refinement from a testing perspective.
- Assist in coordinating testing timelines and validating deliverables in hybrid (agile and waterfall) environments.
