RAW Resourcing is representing a well-established marine company in Southern Spain and is looking for a Sales Manager who can open doors, close deals, and take ownership of commercial growth across the global shipping market.

This is a front-line sales role for a natural-born closer - someone who thrives under pressure, loves the chase, and builds long-term client relationships through energy, credibility, and results.

If you know the ship repair world - drydocks, refits, conversions - and have the drive to turn contacts into contracts, this is your stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunting down new opportunities across shipowners, managers, and operators.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships in the shipping and offshore sectors.
• Negotiating and closing profitable repair and conversion contracts.
• Working hand-in-hand with technical teams to deliver what you sell — on time, every time.
• Representing the company at key industry events and client visits worldwide.
• Feeding real-time market intelligence back to management to keep the business ahead of the game.
