Seeking an experienced Beach Manager to lead our luxury beach club team.Job Description : As a seasoned Beach Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our beach club, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent performance.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role in a luxury beach club- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities- Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions- Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential- Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team- Excellent communication skills.
