We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our clinical Back Office platform. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, scalability and quality in the way our orthodontists and support staff deliver world‑class care. You will work cross‑functionally with other product managers, clinical teams, operations, engineering, and design to define and execute a product strategy that supports both business growth and outstanding patient outcomes.

Key tasks

• Own the product vision , strategy, and roadmap for the Clinical Back Office system.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and engineering stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities;
• Translate complex clinical and sales requirements into clear product specifications and user stories;
• Drive end‑to‑end product development : discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration;
• Define and track success metrics focused on clinical efficiency, accuracy, and scalability;
• Provide the best user experience for internal clinical staff, ensuring tools are intuitive and impactful;
• Foster collaboration between cross‑functional teams, aligning stakeholders around shared goals;
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data insights to improve clinical decision‑making and reduce operational overhead.
