We are seeking a Junior QA in Spain to join our team of developers and testers in a creative, international environment. The team is a multinational engineering organization focused on people and our product.

From day one, you will take on responsibilities for ensuring the stability, functionality, quality and performance of our products by using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Your goal will be to help identify and resolve issues, contributing to an exceptional user experience.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Crisalix in a fast-paced agile environment.

We also value strong collaboration with stakeholders and experience in Agile / Scrum processes, with exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tests, such as regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
• Test across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
• Report issues and bugs in Jira, documenting findings clearly.
• Verify that reported bugs are resolved by the development team.
• Attend daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, issues and blockers.
• Assist in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with QA, development and business teams to ensure thorough testing.
• Research and utilize testing tools to improve automation and performance.
• Keep up to date with emerging QA trends and technologies.

Qualifications

We also value : strong stakeholder partnering, prior Agile / Scrum experience, exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and familiarity with test automation tools. Interest and some knowledge of AI is a plus.
