YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about leading operational excellence and ensuring the profitability of a high-volume logistics account? Would you like to be the key figure who guarantees efficiency and customer satisfaction in our warehouse operations?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Logistics Contract Manager at CEVA Logistics.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will be the ultimate owner of the comprehensive warehouse operation ( Supply Chain ), and your success will be measured by your ability to optimize resources and achieve contractual objectives with the client.

• Lead and supervise the correct functioning of the daily operation (360º Supervision), actively intervening to correct deviations and ensure service continuity.
• Manage and develop high-level teams , leading a hierarchical structure that includes Shift Managers, Operations Managers, Foremen (Team Leaders), and operational personnel.
• Perform daily and medium-term resource planning (fixed staff and temporary / flexible personnel) to optimize productivity and costs.
• Be responsible for the financial control of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement , including cost monitoring, savings identification, and margin maximization .
• Act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring fluent communication, reporting key metrics, and participating in service reviews (QBRs / MBRs).
• Actively participate in negotiations with the Works Council and in the management of labor relations.
