Regulatory Affairs Manager Position

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of regulatory strategies across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, providing expert support for regulatory projects
  • Develop, review, and compile high-quality regulatory documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and regulatory authorities
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Offer strategic regulatory consultancy and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
  • Mentor and coach colleagues while supporting business development activities

Requirements :

  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in leadership roles
  • Proven project management, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
