Descripción del trabajo8+ years of engineering experience in production environments. 1-2+ years in a senior engineering leadership role (e.g., Head of Engineering, VP of Engineering). Experience managing global teams of 10+ engineers. Strong background in deep-tech strategies, product roadmaps, and collaboration with product teams. Knowledge of Kafka is a plus. Fluent English and passion for sustainability.
Job Title : Head of Engineering
Location : Remote (EU preferred : UK, Germany, or Spain)
Salary : Circa 140K Euros + 10K Bonus + Shares

- Lead software development for large-scale production systems using Python, Java, or Golang.
- Implement microservice architecture, event sourcing, and cloud-native infrastructure following best practices.
- Manage CI / CD pipelines and oversee system reliability and scalability.
