We are looking for a Data Project Manager to join a leading international mobility solutions company that is currently undergoing a large-scale data transformation. This role will be key to coordinating initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery, and supporting the company's ambition to build a modern data ecosystem.

Manage and coordinate several data projects in parallel, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.

Lead data integration and migration initiatives, maintaining roadmaps updated and milestones tracked.

Act as a hybrid technical / functional liaison, connecting business requirements with engineering capabilities.

Support the orchestration of tasks across distributed Data Engineering teams, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and deliverables.

Apply and promote Agile practices (Scrum / Kanban), leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for planning and documentation.

Solid experience as a Project Manager within the Data domain (Data Management, Integration, Migration).

Hybrid profile : both technical and functional, with good understanding of data processes.

Knowledge of Databricks and Azure Data Factory.

Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams.

Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish at least intermediate-fluent.

Experience with Python.

Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Exposure to web development concepts.

Location : Hybrid model : 2 days onsite in Majadahonda, 3 days remote.

Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays

Language : English (fluent), Spanish (intermediate-fluent)
