Being old is not a matter of age, but of mindset.
At Adolfo Domínguez, being old means saying what you think.
It means knowing that imperfection is beauty,
that you have to dress from the inside out.
Being old means understanding that fashions come and go.
That changing things is everyone's responsibility.
That the legacy of our work is our footprint on Earth.
Being old means embracing kindness, creativity and
excellence as our core values.
As a roadmap.
We care about what we do.
We are a B Corp company.
We are committed to gender equality throughout all processes, including our selection process.
All applications will be assessed fairly and objectively, fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
If all this resonates with you and you have an old soul,
we would be delighted to welcome you to our team.
