As a DevOps Engineer at Kapsch, you will be responsible for providing ongoing build, deployment, and CI / CD pipeline support for various transportation-related products.
In this role, you will help develop and institute an automated and repeatable CI / CD framework for our software suites. We are looking for innovative thinkers who can architect creative solutions and also identify opportunities for new tools, processes, and systems. You will also bring a fresh perspective on how SDLC should be done from test-driven development to Continuous Integration and Delivery.
Your responsibilities :
- Create and maintain GitLab CI / CD pipelines for multiple products.
- Develop scripts and code for extensive test and deployment coverage.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency.
- Create IaC for the deployment of various environments.
- Work with development teams across the globe to implement DevOps practices.
Your profile :
Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar roleExperience creating infrastructure as code (Terraform / OpenTofu preferred)Experience building and maintaining CI / CD pipelinesExperience with configuration management tools such as GitLab or GitHubExperience with cloud platforms and services such as Azure, AWS, or GCPExperience with container management tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and AKSAdvanced level of English languageExcellent communication and documentation skillsTeam player with strong troubleshooting skillsNice to have :
