TU MISIÓNComo Gerente de Área, serás responsable de liderar y desarrollar equipos de delegados de visita a AP y especialistas (pediatras y dermatólogos) en Andalucía, asegurando el crecimiento comercial y la excelencia operativa. Serás el motor que inspire, guíe y potencie a nuestros delegados, convirtiéndote en un verdadero embajador de la marca. RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales enfocadas en el desarrollo regional.
• Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo de delegados, impulsando su rendimiento y competencias.
• Colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos y eficiencia operativa.
• Asegurar la excelencia en la atención al cliente.
• Fomentar relaciones cercanas y duraderas con nuestros clientes.
• Transmitir entusiasmo, innovación y dinamismo en cada acción. REQUISITOS
• Titulación universitaria (preferible en Ciencias de la Salud).
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en visita a AP y especialistas (dermatólogos y pediatras).
• Al menos 5 años gestionando equipos de delegados en la industria farmacéutica.
• Inglés alto valorado.
• Carnet de conducir.
• Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional. COMPETENCIAS DESTACADAS
