Job Title : Senior Procurement Manager – Capex and Equipment

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our capex and equipment category. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex international teams, as well as a proven track record of driving innovation and transformation within the procurement function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio that spans from high-volume products to sophisticated custom-engineered systems, and will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of 10 professionals across Spain, UK, Germany, and France, driving CAPEX spend for both internal production and third-party partners
• Make strategic decisions regarding make vs. buy options, balancing internal manufacturing capabilities against external sourcing options
• Develop new equipment that functions as the vehicle for core product sales into various markets
• Transform traditional procurement practices into a more service-oriented approach
• Innovate in equipment design, creating new profit centres for the business
• Standardize global equipment categories, including mechanical components, electronics, and control systems
