As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and monitoring of systems, processes, and data frameworks that drive business growth.
This role sits at the intersection of execution and product / tech, ensuring standardised workflows are documented, adopted, and measured. Your focus will be on empowerment : giving frontline staff the tools and visibility to make informed decisions without managerial input.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee frontline execution in leasing, tenant support, and operational performance.
- Define and document standardised processes and guidelines across sales, support, and operational functions.
- Ensure adoption of these processes through daily operations.
- Collaborate with Product to define dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs that monitor performance and efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between Product / Tech and frontline execution, integrating tools and driving adoption.
- Own the training framework and knowledge base.
- Directly manage and mentor frontline team leads, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Continuously monitor KPIs and adjust processes to drive scalability, efficiency, and autonomy.
