The role

We\'re hiring a Food Safety and Cleanliness (FSC) Rater Manager to oversee and uphold our high standards in our stores. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in food service, with a distinct advantage for those with experience from major food chains.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store audits to evaluate compliance with food safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Implement and refine standards and procedures for food handling, sanitation, and customer service.
• Provide training and coaching to store teams to improve their adherence to quality standards.
• Create detailed reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with store managers to address and resolve any identified issues promptly.
• Stay updated on local and national food safety regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
