Tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced professional to support the integration of enterprise applications into our next-generation identity and access solutions. This role is central to streamlining access management across the organisation and ensuring alignment with security and architecture principles.
Facilitate the connection of internal and third-party systems to key identity platforms, such as Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint
Review existing integrations to identify gaps, non-standard practices, or outdated configurations
Act as a liaison between application owners, infrastructure specialists, and security teams to define integration scope and priorities
Provide guidance to internal teams on expectations, technical onboarding steps, and process improvements
Produce clear documentation, including technical blueprints, reference materials, and implementation guides
Monitor project timelines and risks via collaborative tools such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, and internal tracking systems
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, retrospectives, and feedback cycles to enhance integration practices
Contribute to the decommissioning of legacy identity systems by supporting the transition of dependent applications to modern platforms
Help develop and refine integration standards in accordance with evolving organisational needs and compliance requirements
Must-have criteria
At least 3 years of practical experience working with identity and access technologies in a large-scale IT environment
Familiarity with access governance, including joiner / mover / leaver processes, access reviews, and role design
Technical understanding of identity flows across cloud and on-premise systems
Hands-on experience with modern identity protocols such as SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
Proven ability to operate effectively within agile delivery teams, with experience using project tools like Azure DevOps
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly
Capable of producing high-quality documentation and guidance for a range of stakeholders
Contract duration
Initial contract runs until the end of 2026. Extension possible depending on project evolution and performance.
Language requirements
Fluency in English is required (written and spoken).
