HiCareer is supporting a remote-first fashion & lifestyle marketplace (25+ employees across Europe) in hiring a CRM & email marketing specialist . The company connects independent brands with global customers, offering a curated mix of style and sustainability. You’ll join a small, ambitious growth team responsible for customer activation and retention through data-driven communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise automated customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, and reactivation
- Manage newsletters, product launch campaigns, and seasonal flows
- Segment audiences and personalise content using behavioural and transactional data
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure visuals and tone align with the brand
- Analyse performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, repeat purchases) and turn insights into experiments
- Maintain the CRM database and ensure GDPR compliance
Requirements / Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketingStrong understanding of segmentation, testing, and campaign optimisationAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and copy sensibilityOrganised, curious, and proactive — you take ownership of performanceFluent in English; additional European languages are appreciatedExperience from marketplaces, fashion, or e-commerce is a strong plusWork setup
