Lead Store Executive
We are a leading entertainment company and global champions of designer toy culture. We have built an integrated platform covering the entire designer toy value chain. We collaborate with top-tier toys and lifestyle brands to create collectible art toys.
You will be responsible for managing our stores in Barcelona, demonstrating agility as part of the relief management team. Your key responsibilities include :
- SUPPORT THE AREA MANAGER IN DAILY ACTIVITIES
- 360° MANAGEMENT OF YOUR SHOP
- PLAN, IMPLEMENT AND MONITOR MEASURES TO ACHIEVE AND EXCEED SALES OBJECTIVES
- MANAGE THE WAREHOUSE BY MAINTAINING THE CORRECT STOCK LEVEL
- KNOW AND APPLY BRAND AND SEASONAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS
- SUPERVISE THE RECEPTION OF CUSTOMERS
- COORDINATION OF COMMERCIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES
- TRAIN NEW JOINERS
- ACTION AS A ROLE MODEL AND PROMOTE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE SALES TEAM
