Founder's Associate Intern

At Enso Spaces, we're redefining how people live, work, and connect in the world's most vibrant cities — from Barcelona to Lisbon and soon New York. We design meaningful living experiences powered by community, technology, and design.

We're now looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO on strategic growth, fundraising, and scalability initiatives. This is not a regular internship — it's an opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and venture building in one of Europe's most promising proptech startups.

What you'll do

• Support the CEO on fundraising activities : investor materials, financial tracking, and due diligence.
• Contribute to market expansion projects and new business model design.
• Analyze metrics and help improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and Excel modelling to track and project company KPIs and cash flow.
• Participate in key meetings and help translate high-level ideas into execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, tech, community) to implement strategic priorities.
